The advanced coating is created by an Arc deposition process where lightning is tightly controlled in such a way to evaporate a titanium ceramic alloy onto the parts to create a colourful, hard wearing and durable product that will stand the test of time.

Delivery & Shipping
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Following this you will receive a separate email from our workshop informing you when the order has been shipped.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days, depending on stock levels and availability. Customised or engraved orders may take an additional 3 to 5 working days. Please let us know if your purchase is needed for a certain date as we will do everything possible to ensure we get you your order in time.
UK
All UK deliveries above £20 are FREE.
Once your order is hand finished / packed in our Sheffield workshop, we will deliver the next working day. There are some remote areas in Wales, the Highlands and Channel Islands which are two working days shipping time.
INTERNATIONAL
All International deliveries are £22. If you spend £90 or over we will automatically upgrade you to FREE shipping.
We offer shipping to most international destinations. Depending on which country we are despatching to, you will receive your items between two to three working days after the despatch date. There are some remote areas which will take up to five working days to ship to.
Please note that international card issuers may charge a small fee for Sterling payments.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and admin charges which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. For details of customs charges please consult your own customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

At 1010 Boutique, we ship our carefully curated range of watch accessories throughout the UK, USA and across almost all of the world.
Orders placed before 5pm will ship next working day.
Orders placed after 5pm may ship in 2 working days.
USA
We use DHL Express who offer an extremely reliable and professional service with fully tracked, insured and super-fast transit times to the USA … transit typically takes just 1 to 3 working days!
We will not charge tax (UK VAT) on any export order and if the order is below $800 it should be admitted to the US free of duty and tax.
International
We can ship our products almost anywhere in the world via DHL Express, which offers a fast, fully tracked and insured delivery service.
All our products are delivered with an international manufacturers warranty of between 2 and 5 years and all watch winders are supplied with a power adaptor for worldwide use.
Please note that although we will happily accept returns, our ‘free returns shipping’ does not apply to international orders unless the product is at fault.
