Delivery & Returns

At 1010 Boutique, we ship our carefully curated range of watch accessories throughout the UK, USA and across almost all of the world.

UK Mainland

• Free Shipping on orders over £349
• Orders placed before 5pm will ship next working day.
• Orders placed after 5pm may ship in 2 working days.

USA

• We use DHL Express who offer an extremely reliable and professional service with fully tracked, insured and super-fast transit times to the USA … transit typically takes just 1 to 3 working days!
• We will not charge tax (UK VAT) on any export order and if the order is below $800 it should be admitted to the US free of duty and tax.

International

• We can ship our products almost anywhere in the world via DHL Express, which offers a fast, fully tracked and insured delivery service.

All our products are delivered with an international manufacturers warranty of between 2 and 5 years and all watch winders are supplied with a power adaptor for worldwide use.

Please note that although we will happily accept returns, our ‘free returns shipping’ does not apply to international orders unless the product is at fault.
